5. Personal Data. Three W collects Personal Data which you voluntarily provide to us on the Website or in any other way. You may, at your option, withhold Personal Data from Three W in connection with your access and use of the Website; however, withholding information from us may prevent you from taking advantage of certain services and features of the Website.
6. Automatically Collected Information. Like many other websites, when you visit the Website you automatically disclose certain Non-Personal Data. Three W may record this Non-Personal Data concerning your visit to the Website. Examples of Non-Personal Data which may be automatically collected include the Internet Protocol ("IP") address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer, device, and connection information, such as browser type and version, operating system, mobile platform, and unique device identifier (“UDID”) and other technical identifiers, and Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") click stream data, including date and time, and content you viewed or searched for on the Website. Three W may use and disclose Non-Personal Data for any purpose, except where restricted by applicable law.
7. Cookies. To enhance your online experience, Three W may use "cookies" or similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that a website sends to the browser on your computer or mobile device when you first visit a website so that the website can recognize your device the next time you visit. Most websites typically use “session” cookies, which are temporary and deleted when you close your browser, “persistent” cookies, which remain until you delete them or they expire, or “web beacons”, which are electronic images also known as single-pixel .gifs. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information; however, once you choose to provide a website with personally identifiable information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie.
Three W, its Affiliates, and their service providers may use these technologies for various purposes, including administering, customizing, and improving the Website, personalizing the browsing experience, advertising, promotions, and surveys, and tracking and analyzing user preferences and trends. Further, web beacons or similar technologies may be used to count the users who visit a website or to deliver a cookie to the browser of a visitor viewing that page.
There are a number of ways to manage cookies. The “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new browser cookie, and how to disable existing browser cookies. However, if you block cookies, you may not be able to make full use of the Website.
8. Use of Personal Data. Three W may use Personal Data collected on the Website to provide you with any features, services, or products which you request from Three W, its Affiliates, or the Website. Personal Data may also be used by Three W to contact you for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, notifying you about upcoming events, offering you additional products or services, or requesting your feedback on the Website. If you wish to opt-out of these contacts, you can do so by contacting Three W at the address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. Please note that if you opt-out of certain contacts, Three W may still contact you about any problems or issues with your use or access to the Website.
9. Disclosure and Sharing of Information. Personal Data may be shared and disclosed to third parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide you with any feature, service, or product requested from Three W, its Affiliates, or the Website, when you have authorized the disclosure, or if Three W is required or authorized to make such disclosure by law. Personal Data may be accessible to our Affiliates, service providers, and other entities with whom we are acting as an agent, licensee, joint venturer, or publisher who agree to use the Personal Data in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Additionally, if Three W, the Website, or a related asset or line of business is acquired by, transferred to, or merged with another company, your Personal Data may be disclosed to the prospective or actual purchasers.
10. Minors. The Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act ("COPPA") requires general audience website operators to obtain a parent's prior consent if they are knowingly collecting, using or disclosing any Personal Data from a child under 13. The Website is not directed to or intended to be used by children under 13, and Three W does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose any Personal Data from children under 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at the address included at the end of this Privacy Policy.
